From the parking to the front door
The road of the village ends with a panoramic square. You can leave your car there. To reach the house, go down the stairs you find in front of you.
If it’s evening and dark, you’ll find a light switch on the right of the stairs, inside the small fenced garden. Another switch to turn on the lights is located under the intercom, to the right of the gate.
Once you’ve opened the gate, go down the stairs to reach the house. Two streetlights have been placed around the house that automatically turn on at sunset.
Self check-in
Normally, I try to be at home when new guests arrive, but occasionally I may be forced to leave Brunate on that very day. In this case, I will send you all the information for a self check-in, where you can retrieve the house keys and start your vacation. I will still come to greet you as soon as possible, but I kindly ask that you send me a copy of your documents for guest registration. A photo of your ID and those of all guests is sufficient. Thank you in advance for your help.
The apartments
The property is divided into two independent apartments: one on the ground floor and the other at the first floor (penthouse)
Ground floor apartment
The apartment has a completely independent entrance.
- A kitchen is at your disposal with a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. For hygiene reasons, we avoid leaving food or condiments in the kitchen. However, upon your arrival, you will find single-dose packages of oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar, as well as Nespresso pods.
- Waste. Next to the kitchen, you will find three bins for waste disposal. We kindly ask you to separate paper and cardboard, plastic and metal, and organic waste. Bottles should always be left aside, if possible gathered in a bag.
- Wi-Fi. In the house, you will find a router to connect to the Internet.
- Wines. In the refrigerator, you will find two bottles of wine, one white and one sparkling. In the kitchen you will also find two bottles of red wine. They are typical Italian wines, with a good value for money. You can enjoy them freely and text me to know their prices. You will pay in cash or with a credit card.
- Bathroom. Please do not throw objects or intimate pads in the toilet. Use the bin and the hygienic bags provided in the bathroom.
- Cleaning. During your stay, there are no scheduled cleanings in the house. If you need a change of linen or want someone to come and clean, just ask. The cost of extra cleaning is 60 euros. In this case, you can pay in cash or with a credit card.
“Penthouse” apartment
The apartment has a completely independent entrance. To reach it, simply turn the corner of the house and continue for a few steps. Then, on the right, you will find an external staircase. Just climb a few steps to reach the apartment.
